Joanna Jedrzejczyk
Joanna Jedrzejczyk was born in August of 1987 in Olsztyn, Poland. She is the reigning defending Strawweight Champion. She currently trains at American Top Team. She has won Fight of the Night twice and Performance of the Night once.
Jedrzejczyk competed in Muay Thai where she won 70 fights. She won five World titles and four European titles. She also competed in kickboxing where she had a professional record of 27-2 and an amateur record of 37-3.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk made her MMA debut against Sylwia Juskiewicz in 2012. She won the fight by decision.
She won four more fights, including a TKO of veteran Rosi Sexton before signing with the UFC.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk made her UFC debut in July of 2014 against Julianna Lima. She beat Lima by decision.
She then faced top contender Claudia Gadelha in a number one contender fight. The winner would face off against newly minted strawweight champion Carla Esparza. Jedrzejczyk won by split decision.

Joanna Jedrzejczyk faced the champion Esparza at UFC 185: Pettis vs. dos Anjos. She absolutely dominated Esparza en route to a second round TKO.
She then defended her belt on five occasions, against Jessica Penne, Valerie Letourneau, Claudia Gadelha, where she won a dominant decision. She also defended her belt against fellow pole Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
In her latest title defense she dominated Jessica Andrade for five rounds to win a unanimous decision.
